A new year has begun! It’s a time to start fresh and stride towards a bigger and better future. It’s a journey of self-improvement and finding out who you want to be as a person.

This journey begins with a declaration, a New Year’s resolution. It can be something like eating healthier, reading more, or resisting the urge to pirate the new ‘Wonka’ movie.

But how can you stick to this goal? Well, let me help and guide you.

1. Give It Your All.

The first, hardest, and worst step has to be actually committing to your resolution. Yes, unfortunately, you have to try and work on yourself and not scarf down a whole sleeve of Nutter Butters while watching ‘Kitchen Nightmares’.

Take your resolution step-by-step. There’s no need to rush or feel rushed as this isn’t a race. Each day that you conquer is another step towards your ultimate goal.

Is it self-improvement? No.

2. Do The Bare Minimum.

After trying your hardest for about a month, lower your output. You’ve put in the work and now it’s time…
