I also want to add that you don’t need to avoid junk food like the plague. Sticking to your diet is vital to a healthier lifestyle, but having some ice cream every now and then won’t hurt. It’s all about moderation and not overdoing it. Think of the occasional ice cream or piece of candy as a reward for sticking to your plans.
