October 2023 Update: Spooky Season.
A New Project!
With September just about done, I thought it would be a great time to give a little update on what’s to come in October. I finally get to unveil the next series of articles, and it’s one that I’ve been looking forward to.
Of course, a lot of people are looking forward to Halloween, and with it comes articles and videos talking about horror films. Originally, I wanted to talk about some of the ‘Halloween’ films, but I decided to get a bit more nostalgic.
As a kid, it wouldn’t be October or Halloween without tuning into Cartoon Network and watching some ‘Scooby-Doo’. The clue-snooping canine alongside some meddling kids.
A timeless cast of characters that have been around since 1969. Unmasking monsters and bringing criminals to justice.
I wanted to use October to talk about a handful of ‘Scooby-Doo’ films that I watched as a kid. At the time of writing this, there are almost 50 films in this franchise, so we won’t be able to talk about every one of them, at least in one month.
But who knows, if these articles do well enough, then this could be an annual tradition. For now, I am going to focus on the ones I watched the most as a kid and see how many of them still hold up today.
